Branscombe Lodge Cottage Accommodation

A unique opportunity to stay in what must be one of the best locations along the World Heritage Coast. Situated approximately 40 feet from the Higher Light Tower Branscombe Lodge Cottage is a detached, two-bedroom property sitting in a large ornamental garden.

FIRST FLOOR
To make the most of the fantastic sea views the upper floor of the cottage is given over entirely to a large sitting room with windows on all four sides. If you can tear yourself away from the views then there is a television, DVD player, small library and a hi-fi.

GROUND FLOOR

On the ground floor is one double and one twin bedroom which are bright and comfortably furnished.
The kitchen has a full-size electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and tumble-dyer and is well equipped with all the necessities of a home from home. The bathroom has a bath with a flexible shower over.
Heating and cooking is supplied by electricity and is paid for via a £1 coin meter.
All rooms have sea views.

OUTSIDE
The gardens have ornamental fishponds and garden furniture with a barbecue for those balmy days that Dorset gets more than its fair share of!
Guests have access to the lighthouse tower observatory where they can sit and watch the fabulous sunsets while sipping their favourite tipple, or view even further out through the gun sight binoculars.
